Keys and Client Information forms will be stored securely within a locked safe when not being used and your details will never be shared without your permission. I am fully insured and DBS checked - please ask if you would like to see certificates.
Your dog's safety and wellbeing is my top priority. Customers must ensure that dogs are microchipped and wearing a collar with a tag stating the owner's surname, house number, postcode and contact telephone number. All dogs should also be up-to-date with vaccinations, flea and tick treatments.
Every dog is unique, which is why I offer personalised and flexible care plans to fit your pet's specific needs. A free Hello Meeting will be set up prior to your first booking so that you and your pet can get to know me, and where we can discuss individual requirements, quirky habits and favourite routines.
Payment for services are payable by bank transfer in advance unless otherwise agreed. At least 24 hours' notice must be given to cancel any booked services, otherwise the full fee will be payable. Full refunds will be given for any bookings subsequently cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice.
